1. Different concepts
Brushed stainless steel refers to the texture effect of the white surface of the stainless steel surface. It is the most common and widely used stainless steel surface treatment technology. After the matt surface of the stainless steel plate is brushed, there will be texture traces on the surface, but there will be no unevenness in the feel.
Brushed stainless steel is more advanced than ordinary 2B surface stainless steel, because the brushed surface treatment can reflect the texture of metal materials. The lines on the surface of the drawing plate include straight lines, irregular lines, ripples and threads.
Stainless steel mirror panel refers to polishing the surface of stainless steel plate with abrasive fluid through polishing equipment. Using iron powder, nitrate and water as grinding media, the surface formed by grinding felt can make the surface brightness as clear as a mirror.
2. Different uses
Brushed stainless steel plate is like long and short lines covered with stainless steel plate, forming different lines as external decoration.
Mirror stainless steel plate can be collectively referred to as mirror 8K plate, and the mirror is like a mirror. The glass mirror is brighter and smoother than the brushed stainless steel plate, and is used for different high-end decoration. According to the requirements, the coefficients are: ordinary grinding 8K, hyperspectral grinding 8K, ordinary precision grinding 8K, precision grinding 8K, ultra-precision grinding 8K. Of course, the higher the accuracy, the better. Therefore, it is usually used where the smoothness of the inner wall of the container is required. Application of stainless steel mirror panel: mainly used for kitchen tableware, elevator decoration, interior decoration, large shopping malls and other stainless steel products.
Brushed stainless steel and mirror surface belong to the surface treatment process of stainless steel plate. Different surface treatment processes show different effects, which determines the use range of brushed stainless steel plate and stainless steel mirror panel.
